Hurricane Rita

Its not even a month since Hurricane Katrina and the Gulf of Mexico is already facing another Major Hurricane. Hurricane Rita, she has gone a long way in the past 36 Hours. One minute she's just a tropical storm the next she is a Catorgory 2 storm and forecasters believed thats just about as strong as she would get however, they were proved wrong and Rita has become the Strongest Catogory; Catorgory 5 topping out right now with 165 MPH Winds moving very slowly, this isnt good because, it can gain alot of strength before it even hits. Hurricane Rita, is expected to hit Galveston, Texas. However she is so large that she will even effect New Orlenes. Nothing as bad as Katrina but still enough to do damage espically if the levies fail. Two Major Hurricanes in less than one month apart. It makes you wonder, I have questions that should stir up your mind and really make you wonder:

1. Is your area prepared for a hurricane strike? Espically one as major as Katrina and possibly as Rita.
2. What is causing this wild weather?
3. Clearly after Katrina, Oil shot up alot than what we are used to. Are we prepared to take a hit in the heart of Americas Oil Production Center?
4. How badly will the Economy suffer?
5. What will happen to the people from Katrina? The People from Rita?
6. How high wil oil go?
7. Is there price gouging in my[your] neighborhood?

If Galveston gets a 11 to 17 foot storm surge Galveston will be underwater. Well in a couple of days I will post and keep in touch on my coverage on Hurricane Rita. So I Pray for those who decided to stay behind and brave ou the store. Again My God Help Them All. Once again I will keep in touch to talk about how this affects my community and the odds are your community give or take its severity.
