Squidoo: Progressive Calisthenics Workout

This squidoo is for people who do not have time or money for dumbells or gym. This article address some key important facts I used for my workout regiment. Having pictures is not out of the picture however, it might be sometime. This is free advice I suggest telling others about it and rating it.

The Return!

I have returned! After 9 months of inactivity I am back to spread news and the like. However, times have changed and this blog has changed its ways to! Within the next week this website will transfom into a better site and hopefully more trafiic! There will be updates, a new blog and the deletion of an old one. Keep in touch
