Squidoo: Progressive Calisthenics Workout

This squidoo is for people who do not have time or money for dumbells or gym. This article address some key important facts I used for my workout regiment. Having pictures is not out of the picture however, it might be sometime. This is free advice I suggest telling others about it and rating it.
